Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles; maintain a clean and organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs. Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers. Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers according to procedures. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures. Initiate and participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback; adhere to labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support shrink reduction programs and participate in safety initiatives to maintain a safe environment. Other duties as assigned. Who Were Looking For
Possesses excellent customer service skills. Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Able to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Works effectively with peers and supervisors; Retail customer experience is preferred. Benefits and Compensation
