Proactively reach out to potential clients through outbound prospecting and lead generation Uncover business needs and present creative, value-driven solutions for modern, hybrid workplaces Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach and presentations to contract negotiations and closing Stay organized and accountable using internal CRM tools and sales processes Be resourceful and persistent in building strong connections and maintaining follow-ups Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client success What Were Looking For

4+ years of business development or B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a closing/outside sales role Proven success selling into mid-market or enterprise-level organizations A self-starter who thrives on hitting goals and pushing for results Strategic thinker with strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently across a large territory like Texas, while staying connected with the broader team Confident making cold calls and using multiple outreach strategies to reach decision-makers Passionate about delivering solutions that make the workplace better and more engaging Location
