The Supply Chain Manager role at Banilla Operations will be responsible for supporting operations, maintaining and processing SOP documentation, assisting with procurement and inventory control, and conducting monthly reconciliations. This role oversees and optimizes the entire supply chain process to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and timely product delivery. This role involves working with procurement, logistics, inventory control, vendor relationships, and supply chain strategy to support business goals. QUALIFICATIONS:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and implement supply chain strategies that enhance productivity, efficiency, and profitability. Manage end-to-end supply chain operations with procurement, logistics, and inventory management. Forecast demand and ensure sufficient inventory levels while minimizing excess and obsolete stock in all locations. Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to secure favorable terms and pricing. Improve Stock Rotation: Use FIFO (First-In, First-Out) or LIFO (Last-In, First-Out) methods to prevent stock from becoming obsolete or expired, especially for perishable goods. Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines. Coordinate with internal teams, including production, sales, and customer service, to align supply chain activities with business needs. Use data analytics and ERP systems to track order accuracy, on-time delivery, and cost-to-serve KPIs.
Cost Management & Budgeting
Monitor supply chain expenses and reduce waste. Prepare and manage budgets related to supply chain operations. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuity of supply. Lead, train, and mentor a team of supply chain and logistics professionals.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field. 5+ years of supply chain or logistics experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial/supervisory role. Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and practices. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite). Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. APICS or CSCP certification is a plus.
