Job Description: Amplify, a global creator marketing agency, is growing in the US! Were looking to hire someone who can execute creator/influencer campaigns. Youll be an integral part of a large-scale campaign, collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders to develop creator marketing plans, analyze campaign data, and lead creator communications. Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of US campaigns, communicating with creators and collaborating with the Editorial lead to ensure content is delivered efficiently. Use data analytics tools to track campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, as well as contextualize findings. Conduct analysis to identify trends and opportunities within the campaign landscape, supporting decision-making and content strategy. Assist in managing campaign budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure operational efficiency. Participate in post-campaign evaluations and feedback collection to enhance future campaigns, with a focus on data-driven improvements. Support the deployment of technology and product solutions that enhance engagement and campaign quality, including mechanisms for capturing and showcasing content. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to campaign concepts and strategies, particularly those involving user-generated content. Help maintain relationships with the client and with creators to enhance campaign outcomes and outreach. Requirements

3+ years of experience in campaign management, user-generated content (UGC), or marketing. Experience supporting large-scale offline events. 2+ years of experience directly working with creators/influencers. Passionate about the creator economy and opportunities in the evolving social media ecosystem Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork. Proficiency in data analytics tools and the ability to derive insights from data. Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure.
