We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to design, develop, and maintain advanced reporting and dashboard solutions using SSRS, SSIS, Power BI, and Qlik Sense. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in data analysis and visualization, with a passion for translating complex data into meaningful business insightsparticularly for executive stakeholders. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain SSRS reports to support strategic business decisions. Create and manage ETL workflows using SSIS to ensure data accuracy and availability. Build interactive dashboards and visualizations in Power BI and Qlik Sense, with a focus on executive reporting. Partner with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate business needs into actionable insights. Conduct data validation and analysis to ensure the consistency and reliability of reporting outputs. Continuously optimize reporting processes for performance and scalability. Document reporting solutions, data models, and system configurations to support maintainability. Provide training and end-user support on business intelligence tools and dashboards. Qualifications

Strong experience with Qlik Sense: dashboard creation, data modeling, and front-end development using visualization best practices. Proficient in designing and deploying SSRS reports and building robust SSIS packages. Solid understanding of Power BI: report creation, data modeling, and DAX. Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle. Proven ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical specifications and reporting solutions. Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality executive-level dashboards and reports. Strong understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. Ability to extract, transform, and load data from diverse sources and systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail. Effective communicator with strong verbal and written skills for both technical and non-technical audiences. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics roles. Industry certifications in Qlik, SSRS, or Power BI are a plus. U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency is required due to ITAR and EAR regulations. Job Details
