Overview

The Talent Mine is recruiting for a mid level MS D365 X++ developer for an immediate FTE role in the Cincinnati metro area. This role is with North America's largest recycler, a company with a track record of employee investment and stability (i.e. no layoffs in the 70+ year history of the company!). Responsibilities

Responsible for designing, DEVELOPING, and maintaining customizations, configurations, and solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and implement solutions that meet the organization's needs Collaborate with Product Owners and end-users to define and document requirements using Agile methodology Design and develop new functionality and custom models that are stable, reusable, scalable and simple within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations using X++ Perform data migrations, integrations, and system upgrades in line with Microsoft best practices Provide support and troubleshooting for system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions Conduct unit testing and system integration testing to ensure quality and accuracy of deliverables Document technical specifications and system designs Stay up to date with latest technologies, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve system capabilities and efficiencies Solve routine to moderately complex business needs with initiative, sound judgment, strong technical skill, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations, specifically in X++/C# and SQL Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business or related discipline, or equivalent experience Ability to lead requirements efforts on routine to moderately complex projects Willingness to work in the office (this client is NOT open to remote-only candidates or H1B sponsorships) and enjoy a hybrid work location (3 days in office, 2 days remote) Proven ability to build trusted relationships, be self-motivated, and collaborate effectively with teams Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $163,000.00/yr - $188,000.00/yr Total compensation target: $172,000 - $185,000, including base salary and annual bonus Annual bonus of 28-32% (historically) Relocation package available Educational assistance (up to $10K per year for you and your family) Medical and dental insurance Scholarship and tuition reimbursement On-site gym and on-site medical care in Cincinnati office If you feel qualified and interested in this immediate FTE role, let's chat.
