Project Manager , you'll oversee residential remodels from initial scope through final punch list, managing budgets, schedules, materials, vendors, and people. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on protecting project margins, delighting clients, and upholding the Laurelless reputation for excellence and trust. Base pay range:
$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Create detailed scopes of work, estimates, and budgets that reflect the full construction sequence and cost structure for each new project. Develop and manage construction schedules from start to finish, ensuring timely progress and adherence to agreed timelines. Monitor and report on weekly budget status, identifying variances and proposing actionable solutions to stay on track. Conduct twice-weekly job site visits to ensure site readiness, progress, and alignment with project milestones. Maintain open, effective communication with clients, subcontractors, foremen, and internal team members throughout the life of the project. Source and vet materials, vendors, and suppliers to improve project quality while staying within budget constraints. Lead and manage the permitting process, ensuring compliance with all relevant Denver Metro area residential building codes. Oversee 3 to 5 projects simultaneously, each at different stages and with varying scopes and complexities. Track invoices, approve expenditures, and maintain accurate financial documentation with administrative support. Provide consistent, proactive updates and anticipate potential issues before they escalate, offering thoughtful, client-focused solutions. Think beyond individual projects and make decisions that support the broader goals and long-term success of Laurelless. Own your outcomes, uphold team standards, and lead with professionalism, care, and accountability. Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in high-end residential remodeling, including additions, pop-tops, and full-home renovations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with individual project budgets ranging from $150K to $1M+. Strong understanding of residential construction processes, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, landscaping, and architectural systems. Familiarity with JobTread or similar construction management platforms is preferred. Thorough working knowledge of IRC and ICC codes relevant to Denver-area residential projects. Excellent organizational and time management skills; highly detail-oriented and process-driven. Skilled communicator with the ability to listen, collaborate, and lead conversations with clarity and confidence.
