Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Litigation Attorney. The Attorney will be responsible for handling all phases of litigation including drafting and filing motions, managing court proceedings, conducting depositions, and participating in trials. Daily tasks include client consultations, legal research, document review, and preparation of legal documents. The attorney will work collaboratively with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for clients. Responsibilities
Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting and filing motions, managing court proceedings, conducting depositions, and participating in trials Conduct client consultations, perform legal research, review documents, and prepare legal documents Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes for clients Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Admission to the state bar and in good standing Knowledge and ability to understand and apply various legal concepts and principles Experience with drafting and filing motions and other essential legal documents Proficiency in managing and navigating courts and court procedures Skills in conducting and managing trials effectively Experience with depositions and gathering relevant testimonies Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in litigation or similar legal fields is preferred Compensation & Employment Details
