Proficiency in Law and Court proceedings Experience with legal Research and preparing Motions Skills in managing and taking Depositions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school Active membership in the California State Bar Previous experience in business law or construction law is a plus
