Responsibilities

  • Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth administration and compliance with regulations
  • Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture
  • Lead initiatives to enhance staff development through training programs and external learning resources
  • Evaluate and improve performance management systems to align with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that support business objectives

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management or a related leadership role
