Responsibilities
- Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth administration and compliance with regulations
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture
- Lead initiatives to enhance staff development through training programs and external learning resources
- Evaluate and improve performance management systems to align with organizational goals
- Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that support business objectives
Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources management or a related leadership role
- A strong understanding of benefits administration and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with performance evaluation frameworks and HR systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- Prior experience designing or revamping performance management processes is highly valued
