Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring smooth administration and compliance with regulations Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive workplace culture Lead initiatives to enhance staff development through training programs and external learning resources Evaluate and improve performance management systems to align with organizational goals Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies that support business objectives Requirements
Proven experience in human resources management or a related leadership role A strong understanding of benefits administration and compliance requirements Familiarity with performance evaluation frameworks and HR systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field Prior experience designing or revamping performance management processes is highly valued Skilled in identifying and sourcing training tools to support employee growth Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility across all levels of the organization Additional details
