Overview

We are seeking a proactive and positive HR Generalist for a healthy and growing company with at least 3 years of experience to support a broad range of human resources functions. This individual will need an entrepreneurial mentality and will play a key role in daily HR operations and must bring strong organizational skills, a collaborative mindset, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer employee benefits and 401(k) plans
  • Process payroll using Paylocity
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including offer letters and employee documentation
  • Assist with annual benefits renewals
  • Coordinate HR-related tasks related to company acquisitions, such as integrating new employees
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR systems are up to date
  • Contribute to a team-focused environment and foster a positive employee experience

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or coordinator capacity
  • Strong working knowledge of payroll and benefits administration
  • Experience with Paylocity is a plus
  • HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) required
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Up to $80,000, depending on experience

Discretionary annual bonus

401(k) with company match

Paid time off: 2 weeks PTO + 1 week sick time (3 weeks total)
