Base pay range

$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• HR Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that support the overall business goals.
• Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent, utilizing various channels and techniques.
• Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts in a timely and fair manner.
• Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development plans.
• Compensation and Benefits: Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with relevant laws.
• HR Administration: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, employee files, and documentation.
• Organizational Development and Change Management: Support organizational development initiatives and change management efforts.
