Your role for this job will be to provide friendly customer service for each employee that enters our HR office, while being professional, courteous, and engaging in fun and exciting conversations while serving our employees in an efficient and service-oriented way.

If this job is the right fit for you, you will:

  • Foster a work environment of teamwork and mutual service by assisting co-workers and other departments as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Provide assistance to the HR Department in all aspects of administration, while also providing a welcome presence for all Team Members and upholding strict confidentiality.
  • Ensure timely completion of onboarding paperwork, in partnership with Recruiting Manager, as well as I9 compliance and up to date certifications for all employees (as needed).
  • Assist HR team with recognition programs such as team member of the month, anniversaries and birthdays, WOW/team member recognition program, etc.
  • Enjoy our free team member café

Qualifications

  • Hospitality/Hotel experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain strong communication skills
