Role Overview

The role of a Human Resources Expert can provide you with the:

• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws
• Experience using basic Microsoft Office Suite and workforce management programs
• Ability to effectively use scheduling software

Responsibilities

No two days are the same, but typically, you will:

• Work with your HR leader to address talent and staffing needs, understanding guest needs and ensuring the right experience and enthusiasm.
• Lead recruiting efforts to help store leaders find and hire suitable candidates.
• Support team member and leader training needs; advocate for continuous learning.
• Be an expert resource for scheduling systems and pay practices.
• Listen to team members and collaborate with leaders to take action as needed.
• Deliver HR processes and programs to maximize engagement and minimize disruption.
• Support compliance policies to mitigate risk.
• Create a welcoming environment by greeting guests and assisting with their needs.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety, and compliance culture.
• Work safely, report hazards, and correct where possible.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Remain mobile throughout the shift.
• Have a flexible, reliable attendance.

Additional Information

Starting Hourly Rate: $15.75 USD per hour
