Position Summary

The Human Resources Generalist plays a pivotal role in delivering core HR services across the employee lifecycle. This position supports daily HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and regulatory compliance, while contributing to our company’s evolving people strategy. It is ideal for a resourceful HR professional seeking to grow into a strategic business partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment efforts, from strategy to onboarding, to attract and retain top talent.
  • Act as a key liaison for employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace engagement.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor regulations and maintain meticulous personnel records.
  • Administer and track all leave programs including FMLA, sick leave, and vacation.
  • Support performance reviews, development plans, and coaching conversations.
  • Participate in compensation research and employee benefits education.
  • Assist in developing and communicating HR policies and updates.
  • Analyze HR data and trends to inform organizational improvements.
  • Coordinate and track employee training programs.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of HR generalist experience.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and federal/state labor law.
  • SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
