Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and employee training and development. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and onboarding: Posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, extending job offers, and managing the onboarding process for new hires.
- Benefits administration: Administering employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, including open enrollment processes.
- Employee Relations: Addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, investigating complaints (including discrimination, harassment, misconduct, etc.), conducting exit interviews, implementing employee recognition programs, and providing guidance on company policies.
- Performance Management: Conducting performance reviews, setting employee goals, providing feedback, and identifying training needs.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws, including federal, state, and local regulations regarding hiring, termination, discrimination, and workplace safety.
- Payroll Processing: Assisting with payroll administration, including data entry and ensuring accurate pay calculations.
- Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs including new hire orientation, professional development opportunities, learning management platform, etc. to enhance employee skills, support career growth, and align with company goals.
- Policy Development and Communication: Contributing to the development and communication of company policies, updates, and important information to employees through various channels.
- Employee Records Management: Maintaining accurate employee files, including personal information, employment documents, and performance evaluations.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the HRIS (Rippling).
- Preferred bilingual (English and Korean)
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
- Minimum of three years of experience in human resource management required.
- PHR or SHRM-CP certificate is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Able to navigate and access all departments within the organization’s facilities.
