Overview

Stampede Culinary Partners is seeking a bilingual Human Resources Coordinator for our Bridgeview, IL facility. This full-time position is 40 hours per week on the first shift. Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires
• Process payroll for 250+ employees
• Handle employee relations and enforce attendance policies
• Oversee safety initiatives
• Manage temporary workforce invoicing
• Support leadership with HR strategies
• Translate (English/Spanish) for meetings and documents
• Lead new hire orientations
• Coordinate employee events
• Foster a positive, engaging, and productive work environment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and GMPs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of relative experience
• Proficiency with computers, including HR systems, payroll systems, spreadsheets, and MS Word
• Great customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written
• Basic math abilities
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Polish
