Accountant/Bookkeeper
to join our team!
An ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in Public Accounting.
We seek someone with prior write-up and tax preparation and/or review experience – please provide good work history and references.

Responsibilities include: Write-up and data entry Bank reconciliations, Journal entries, General Ledger Preparation/review of monthly financial and accounting reports Tax return preparation/review – Corporate, Partnership, and Individual Trust, Estate, and Gift Tax experience a plus International tax experience is a plus Payroll Tax and Sales Tax filings Qualifications:
Requirements: Strong bookkeeping and accounting skills The capability to work independently and manage multiple projects Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Additional hours are required to meet IRS tax deadlines quarterly and during tax season Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Software proficiency: QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop Creative Solutions – UltraTax Creative Solutions – Accounting CS is a plus Lacerte (a plus) Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook Doc-it / Safesend is a plus About Company George R.
