CPA firm in Boca Raton seeking a Full-Time Tax Manager to join our team!
An ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ experience in Public Accounting.
We seek someone with tax preparation and/or review experience. Please provide good work history and references. Please include your resume and cover letter in PDF format. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include: Tax return preparation/review – Corporate, Partnership, and Individual. Preparation/review of monthly financial and accounting reports. Trust, Estate, and Gift tax experience is a plus. International tax experience is a plus. Payroll Tax and Sales Tax filings are a plus. Qualifications:
Requirements: Strong accounting and tax skills. Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Additional hours are required to meet IRS tax deadlines quarterly and during tax season. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Software proficiency: QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop. Creative Solutions – UltraTax. Creative Solutions – Accounting CS (a plus). Lacerte (a plus). Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
