Business Analyst

Located onsite in our Elmwood, LA (New Orleans) or Denver, CO office

Birdon is seeking a highly detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team to lead business analysis efforts and identify improvement opportunities while translating requirements into functional specifications. This is an onsite position!

Some of the main duties include:

• Support process optimization by facilitating improvements and promoting operational efficiency.
• Ensure system architecture stability and alignment with Birdon’s digital strategy across all initiatives.
• Contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT systems, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and reporting requirements.
• Lead and participate in the selection, configuration, and rollout of digital solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans, define acceptance criteria, create training materials, and collaborate with Solutions Developers to ensure successful implementation and user adoption.

Minimum Qualifications include:

• Proven experience in business analysis, process mapping, and systems implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex business and technical data.
• Experience implementing and supporting HR, Payroll, Finance, or ERP systems.
• Hands-on experience with business intelligence tools and data warehousing to deliver actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for business stakeholders.
