BD Health is seeking a friendly, energetic, and organized person to join our home office team.

The IT department of BD Health is responsible for supplying, installing, managing, maintaining, updating, repairing, assisting all staff with, and ensuring functionality and necessary backups of;

Computers & related hardware
Printers
Internet Services
Wifi
Office and cellular phones, and services
Office required software
Remote computer management software
Security and camera systems
All access controls

In all of our clinic locations and our corporate office.

IT Specialist will;
Quickly and positively respond to incoming help requests.
Have excellent customer service skills.
Create and document standard procedures.
Learn new technology and skills as needed.
On-call availability for IT emergencies 6 days a week.
