In this role, you will...

• Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal IT teams.
• Set up computers and other hardware (routers, printers, scanners, signature pads, etc).
• Assist customers with the implementation process and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Run SQL queries, help diagnose bugs, and resolve technical issues.

Ideal Candidates:

• Love working with people and can express technical ideas to a variety of different audiences.
• Have experience working with printers, security, and networking.
• Are available to work occasional overtime and travel to client sites within the state of New Mexico.

Compensation:
$55,000-$65,000 per year
