Our client is currently seeking a qualified
Migration Technician
to join their team
onsite
in Los Angeles, CA and provide end-user support. A Technician bilingual in Spanish is nice to have for this role (not required).
Duties and Responsibilities
:
Provide "white glove” service to end users
Assist end users who have migrated TU domain and OU
Provide "how to” support to end users and walk them through the new user interface (UI) and the new tools
Skills and Qualifications
:
Minimum 1+ year of ServiceNow and Desktop Support experience
Familiarity working on refreshes, migrations, and rollouts
Experience with Active Directory
Experience with ServiceNow, Windows OS, and Mac OS
Microsoft Office 365 migration experience
Knowledge of O365 web applications
Proficient Windows operation knowledge
Mac Experience
Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
MS Windows certification is a plus
MS Office 365 certification is a plus
Wage Range
:
The rate for this position is between
$26.25 - $38.50 per hour.
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
