Qualifications & Experience
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver WOW-worthy moments!
Create engaging, interactive experiences that leave a lasting impression.
Lead from the floor!
Be a visible leader who jumps in to support the team and inspire outstanding guest service.
Team Collaboration.
Work closely with operations management to keep the attraction running smoothly and efficiently.
Be the role model.
Train and coach Guest Experience Hosts to deliver LEGOLAND’s world-class service with a smile.
Make it right.
Resolve guest concerns with positivity, professionalism, and a can-do attitude.

Keep it safe.
Champion health & safety standards and encourage your team to do the same.
️ Health & Safety Duties:
Act as a
Fire Marshal
and
First Aider
when needed.
Maintain a
clean, safe
environment for guests and team members.
Log all incidents accurately and ensure
compliance
with safety regulations.
Training & Development:
Support the onboarding and training of new team members.
Help track training completion and sign-offs to keep the team empowered and informed.
✅ What You’ll Need:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous
guest service or hospitality experience
is a must.
A love for
entertaining children and families
in a fun, energetic environment.
️ Strong communication skills and the
ability to train, guide, and lead
others.
A bubbly, outgoing personality with a passion for teamwork and leadership.
