Analytical Thinking You're capable of assessing risk and making informed decisions based on data and insight. You enjoy solving problems and thinking critically about outcomes. Clear Communication You can articulate ideas effectively to a variety of audiences - whether it's a peer, a client, or a senior leader. Critical Thinking You're able to "read between the lines," interpret complex information, and anticipate potential outcomes or challenges. Industry Awareness Familiarity with the insurance industry is a plus, but not required. We'll teach you what you need to know - curiosity and a willingness to learn are key. Attention to Detail You notice the small things - like how a misplaced comma or an extra zero can change the meaning of a document or the outcome of an account. Relationship Management You follow up with clients and colleagues in a timely, professional manner. You're open to compromise and collaboration to build strong partnerships. Salary for this role will be tailored to the successful individual's location and experience. The expected compensation range for this position is $65,000 per year plus discretionary annual bonus.
