Onsite HR Representative
This role, based inside the offices of the manufacturing plant, you will support the HR and Safety department with the administration of policies and procedures across all areas of Human Resources. You will serve as a frontline resource for manufacturing employees, assisting with HR-related questions and providing administrative support for day-to-day HR processes for the evening shift. This includes entering and maintaining employee information in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accuracy and data integrity. In addition, you will partner with the Safety Department by assisting with audits, documentation, and administrative tasks to help support a safe and compliant workplace.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support to HRBP Manager including administrative and compliance support for the electronic corrective action process. Maintains transactional objectives daily/weekly/monthly. Utilizes electronic form maker to help take the HR department paperless. Prioritizes employee requests, complaints and problems courteously and promptly. Creates and edits presentations, agendas, emails, employee communications, reports and written postings for management review. Advanced project work for HR Leadership. Assists with the termination process by completing the administrative tasks. Prepares correspondence, reports and records from a complex and/or confidential source. Assists with the implementation of new HR trainings. Serves as the first point of contact for employees by leveraging knowledge of HR and Safety to address questions and provide support. Documents employee questions and coordinates with the appropriate HR partner to provide resolution Assists with Employee Engagement events and other related duties as required. Assists with the biannual employee engagement survey. Provide administrative coverage for other peer HR administrative roles as required. Supports the administration and maintenance of the performance management system. Serves as liaison between employee and management to answer questions regarding company practices, regulations, compensation, and/or benefits. Supports company leave administration process including assisting employees in leave requests and administration of disability insurance programs. Assists employees and answers questions about company health benefit programs. Works to analyze and correct issues related to HRIS system; creates and maintains historical documentation related to corrections. Works on the implementation of different HR initiatives. Acts as a resource for employee questions regarding the Attendance Points system and supports accurate updates within HRIS. Prepares Ad Hoc reports related to HRIS. Provides backup to payroll with timekeeping processes and payroll inquiries. Process Data Changes as needed Supports safety initiatives by completing operator audits during routine floor walks. Assists the Safety Department with various administrative tasks and documentation. Performs other duties as assigned Work Schedule

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
A suitable background would be a
solid experience within the following qualifications and experiences:
Education & Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent experience Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or in a high-volume customer-facing role Minimum of 1 year of experience in Manufacturing or Warehouse operations. Skills
English & Spanish language skills: Fully bi-lingual in Spanish, able to read, speak and write Proficiency with related software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point) / Intermediate Excel. Strong communication skills - oral and written Math skills: Able to add, subtract, multiply and divide Able to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Physical Demands & Conditions
Office and warehouse environment; must be able to move around the plant/manufacturing areas, walk long distances, and climb stairs. Schedule: Able to work evening hours Monday -Friday Standing & Walking
Roles may involve extended periods (up to 12 hours) of standing and walking, including moving at a brisk pace and occasional stair climbing. Postural Requirements
Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and working in low or awkward positions during production or maintenance tasks. Environmental Conditions
Work is performed in a production setting where seasonal temperatures may range from 100-120°F (with humidity) in summer to cooler conditions in winter. High noise levels are common; hearing protection is provided and required. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as ear protection, safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, gloves, and protective clothing may be required depending on the task. Additional Job Considerations
