We are seeking an energetic, skilled Information Technology Administrative Assistant to support our KanPak locations in Kansas, New York and Connecticut.
This is an onsite role in our Arkansas City, KS warehouse location.
Hours:
8am - 4pm; Monday - Friday.
On call:
4:00 pm to 7:00 am M-F, 24 hours Sat & Sun with a rotation of 1 time every 4 weeks.

The IT Administrative Assistant performs routine clerical, and administrative work in answering telephones, providing technical assistance, ordering, and tracking IT inventory. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email, or help desk ticket system. Prioritized and dispatch tickets accordingly in the Help Desk system. Oversee and track IT inventory. Purchasing. Orders IT products and supplies. Maintains office supply inventory. Responsible for sending out and tracking IT equipment for repair. Responsible for provisioning new IT devices. Develops and maintains procedures and assist with administrative tasks. Prepares outgoing mail/ sorts and distributes incoming mail for IT. Any additional responsibilities or tasks, as assigned. REQUIREMENTS:
Must be reliable and dependable. Good oral and written communication skills. Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite. Ability to use inventory programs to update counts and compile reports, such as spreadsheets. Experience in purchasing and knowledge of purchasing applications. Attention to detail and organizational skills. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree in IT, Business or other related field preferred; HS diploma required. 2 years of administrative experience required; IT preferred. COMPETENCIES:
