What will you be doing?
Lead:
Lead designer responsible for: Native Homepages, PLP storytelling pages, Social/Paid and Organic, Store Signage, UIC and USP pages, UX/UI Brand Guidelines for web, header/footer/button/hierarchy/color pallet. Lead the development of cohesive visual assets, including typography, layout, color systems, and motion design. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce high-impact creative that supports marketing strategies and enhances user engagement. Manage:
Lead design, and coordinate production of highly creative graphic solutions through the appropriate and considered use of imagery, illustration, typography and layout. Including, but not limited to: website, email, print, social, paid and in-store signage. Guide:
Responsible for guiding assigned creative team to concept and execute the design and development of imagery, point of sale, in-store signage, AllenEdmonds.com product content, product-focused email content and design, upholding brand standards/guidelines. Partner:
Work within the Sr Creative Director's budget for assigned production needs including photographers, models, wardrobe, stylists and product styling for photo shoots. Teamwork:
Partner with team members across Marketing to solve design problems and find efficiencies. Work closely with Visual Merchandising to ensure the highest level of design quality is delivered from ideation through production and serve as a backup when they are unavailable. Perks you will enjoy!

Previous experience at an Ad Agency and/or Retail In-House Creative Department 5+ years. Bachelor's Degree in Commercial Art or any related Art Degree Previous experience as an Art Director a bonus Experience with Mac, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, Sketch and/or Figma, Acrobat, and MS Office required Knowledge of shote/apparel industry & a sense of fashion. Proven ability to communicate thoughts and creative concepts to clients and management preferred Proficiency in print production and pre-press a bonus.
