Base pay range

$178,000.00/yr - $219,000.00/yr

What youll do

• Own safety, quality, and production performance across the site.
• Deliver against budgets, metrics, and scorecards while always looking ahead at whats possible.
• Build and develop a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging lean and TPM methodologies.
• Partner across functions - engineering, finance, supply chain - to make sure the plant is aligned with broader business goals.
• Lead, develop, and grow the leadership team around you.

What you bring

• A bachelors degree (Food Science, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred).
• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing management experience, ideally in food & beverage.
• A track record of success in lean manufacturing/TPM and operational excellence.
• Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-development skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
