But we’re only at the beginning—this is a chance to shape brands that will define the next decade The Role We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment across all Nysonian brands and corporate functions. Based in our Miami office, you will be the architect of our hiring strategy—helping us attract, hire, and retain top talent to fuel our rapid growth. This is a highly visible role where you’ll partner closely with executives and leaders across the business. What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy across Nysonian Inc. and its portfolio brands Partner with executives and hiring managers to define hiring needs, workforce planning, and organizational design Build and scale recruiting systems, processes, and employer branding efforts to position Nysonian as a top employer Drive sourcing strategies to build pipelines across multiple disciplines: corporate, operations, technology, marketing, and retail Manage TA metrics and reporting, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement Mentor and develop a growing recruitment team as the company scales Represent Nysonian at industry events, career fairs, and talent communities to strengthen our network What We’re Looking For 7+ years of progressive recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role Proven ability to hire across multiple functions and geographies, ideally in high-growth consumer, retail, or D2C companies Strong track record of building scalable TA processes and systems (ATS experience required) Excellent stakeholder management skills—able to influence executives and hiring managers Passion for building teams and cultures that drive business growth Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL Why Join Us Shape the talent engine behind one of the fastest-scaling D2C conglomerates in North America Partner directly with executives and leadership on high-impact hiring decisions Build a world-class TA function from the ground up as we scale globally Competitive compensation, benefits, and significant growth opportunities
