This position has a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in as little as 12-18 months. This role supports the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence. Wages: $16.00/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the Manager In Training program with rotations across Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and fleet management.
  • Develop people-management and leadership skills to support location sales goals and customer service excellence.
  • Progress along a defined career path toward Branch Manager within 12-18 months.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid drivers license is required.
  • Strong computer and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication.
