What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead the technical execution of WordPress projects, ensuring alignment with client needs - Mentor developers and provide architectural guidance throughout project lifecycles - Collaborate with UX, design, and project management teams during discovery and planning - Build and configure WordPress sites using modern development practices, including Gutenberg blocks - Manage the technical team's workload and maintain project timelines and scope

What is Required (Qualifications): - 8+ years of professional WordPress experience - Deep expertise in WordPress architecture, custom development, and full-site editing - Proficiency in JavaScript, React, PHP, and SQL - Strong writing and documentation skills, including experience creating technical specifications - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
