CCV is seeking a full-time Senior Staff Accountant to support the Club's financial reporting and day-to-day accounting functions. This role is responsible for a broad range of financial activities, including preparing accurate financial statements, maintaining organized records, supporting internal controls, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements—including income statements, balance sheets, and supporting schedules—while analyzing variances and providing actionable insights

Manage the general ledger by posting journal entries and completing timely, accurate account reconciliations

Track and report on fixed assets, maintain depreciation schedules, and ensure accurate capitalization

Uphold internal controls and financial policies to ensure compliance with GAAP, club standards, and relevant regulations

Assist in developing and maintaining annual budgets and rolling forecasts, collaborating with department leaders on key assumptions

Compile documentation and coordinate smoothly with auditors during internal and external audits

Conduct financial analyses to identify discrepancies, investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions

Drive continuous improvement by streamlining accounting processes and leveraging systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Schedule and other details:

Full-time, on-site. A valid driver’s license is required to travel between sites for the physical inspection of assets. Compensation based on experience; b enefits include 401(k) retirement plan with employer contribution and match, medical/dental/vision insurance, fully paid short-term, life, and long-term disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, and free employee meals while working. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CPA preferred Hospitality industry experience preferred Solid knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and relevant regulations Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 3+ years' accounting experience; fixed asset experience preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Experience with Northstar, ClearSky, or Real Asset Management Series4000 software a plus Physical Demands:

Physical ability to sit for extended periods, stand, and climb stairs. May be required to occasionally climb ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, or navigate uneven terrain to examine property/assets.
