The Market Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the market office, agents, and coordinators, focusing on contract processing, state licensing issues, tracking, and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency with Excel, and prior experience in insurance licensing is preferred. The company is a leading provider of supplemental insurance and financial services, recognized for supporting individuals, businesses, and brokers with solutions that help protect against unexpected expenses and promote financial security.salary: $30 - $35 per hourshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM - 5 PMeducation: AssociateResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities Process contract changes, promotions/demotions, and maintain personnel records and files.Prepare welcome letters and onboarding packets for new agents; coordinate training registrations, lodging, meals, and incentive items.Support market leadership with reporting, award tracking, contests, and event coordination.Handle office operations, including mail distribution, supply management, and invoice reconciliation.Provide support in planning meetings, rallies, and conferences. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree required.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.Prior experience with insurance licensing is highly preferred.
