CNC Manufacturing Engineer
Program CNC machines and bring custom steel and stainless projects to life. Join a hands-on team with opportunities to grow and improve processes. Responsibilities: This is a full-time, on-site role for a Mastercam/Fabrication Engineer. Responsibilities include programming CNC machines using Mastercam, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD to create machining programs. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications to develop accurate programs. Partner with machinists and fabricators to ensure smooth, efficient production processes. Inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools to verify conformance to specifications. Assist with routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive process improvements and increase efficiency. Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute effectively in team-driven environments. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline. Familiarity with AISC standards and MASS DOT requirements is advantageous.
