Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Overview The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager assists in the overall operation of a store to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, merchandising and inventory control. Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Assist in maximizing sales and profitability through guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage reduction, and inventory management. Ensure flexible scheduling and adherence to store standards. Qualifications Minimum age 18; must have a flexible schedule. Prior retail management experience required. Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
