About the Role
JM Test Systems is looking for a detail-driven, people-focused HR OperationsSpecialist to join the HR team. In this role, youll be the go-to expert forkeeping our HR processes running smoothlyfrom HRIS data accuracy andonboarding new hires to benefits support and compliance documentation. Youllcollaborate with HR, payroll, IT, and benefits teams to ensure employees have aconsistent, positive experience from start to finish.

What Youll Do
Maintainaccurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS; run audits, preparereports, and ensure compliance.
Coordinatesmooth onboarding and offboarding processes, including systemsetup/deactivation, orientation, and completion of required documentation.
Supportbenefits administrationprocess enrollments, qualifying event changes, andemployee questions; assist with communications and data accuracy duringopen enrollment.
Organizeand maintain compliant employee files; manage shared HR inboxes; track andfollow up on certifications, licenses, and other required documents.
Act asa liaison between HR, payroll, IT, and benefits to ensure timely andaccurate communication of employee changes.
Provideadministrative and project support for HR initiatives, including systemupgrades, process improvements, and maintenance of SOPs and templates.
What Youll Bring
Required:
24years of experience in HR operations, coordination, or administrativeroles.
Experienceworking with HRIS platforms (ADP, UKG, Paycom, Workday, etc.).
Strongattention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality.
Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
Abilityto juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred:
Experiencein multi-site or multi-state organizations.
Familiaritywith benefits or payroll processes.
HRcertification (PHR, SHRM-CP) a plus.
