American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with 2 years of experience and current ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) credentials for a day/evening hospital assignment.Job Details•Work in a hospital-based diagnostic imaging department specializing in computed tomography,•Perform CT procedures using advanced imaging equipment and techniques,•12-hour day and evening shifts with rotating start times (0600-1830, 0830-2100, 1000-2230),•Every 4th weekend required and holiday rotation expected,•On-call rotation is required,Job Requirements•Graduate of an accredited radiography program,•Minimum of 2 years CT experience required,•ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications required,•Active state licensure required if applicable,•IEMA-DNS radiography accreditation required,•Current BLS certification required,Additional Information•Responsibilities include performing CT procedures, administering x-radiation, and preparing and educating patients,•May be asked to flex hours or work overtime as needed for patient care,•Duties may include radiographic, fluoroscopic, surgical, and portable radiographic exams if assigned,•Prepare and administer contrast media and maintain intravenous access as needed,•Provide practical instruction to students and colleagues,•Follow aseptic technique, universal protocols, and patient safety practices,•Maintain inventory and provide input on equipment and supply needs,•Holiday and weekend work is part of standard scheduling,],•hash,:•11371758964615106476,
