Full-time, onsite Location: Leander, TX (6 miles from NW Austin) Salary: $70,000 - $80,000, plus excellent benefitsAbout the Company Frame Amo is a fast-growing premium wall decor brand built to serve the creative professionals who shape the world around us. Were looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist who will own the day-to-day operations of our Shopify storefront, ensuring that products, content, and integrations are accurate, optimized, and designed for growth. Job Overview The E-Commerce Specialist will manage everything from updating product listings and images to optimizing SEO and site performance. This role requires someone who is both technical and creative comfortable with coding basics, design tools, and e-commerce platforms and who thrives in a fast-paced startup company environment. Responsibilities Update and maintain collection pages, product catalogs, and listings on Shopify. Create, edit, and optimize product images (Photoshop required; 3D modeling experience a plus). Manage and configure third-party Shopify apps and integrations to support site functionality. Ensure the store is fully indexed and optimized for SEO, including compliance with Google Merchant Center requirements. Monitor and improve site performance, including page speed optimization. Implement best practices for conversion rate optimization (CRO), ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Track and report on key e-commerce metrics (traffic, conversion, site speed, bounce rates) to inform continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's degree in related field. 3+ years of e-commerce experience (Shopify strongly preferred). Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic coding knowledge: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Strong graphic design skills; proficiency with Adobe Photoshop. Experience with 3D modeling (Blender or similar) is a plus. Understanding of SEO best practices and Google Merchant Center. Familiarity with e-commerce analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and take ownership of results. Willing to work outside of office hours when necessary, especially for critical milestones. Benefits
