Work Order Coordinator
This is administrative and supervisory work in organizing, scheduling and coordinating a construction and maintenance work order system. Minimum Qualification Requirements Attainment of a minimum of a bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in building construction, industrial management or closely related field and a minimum of three years facility maintenance management experience utilizing computer operating systems in the construction and building trades industry; or a combination of education and experience equivalent to these requirements.
