Administer and maintain the LMS (UKG Ready Learning - Schoox). Provide technical support and training to users. Act as project manager for the development of learning projects. Monitor and report on the progress of learning and development initiatives. Work with SMEs to gather content and insights for training programs. Use tools like Articulate 360 to create interactive and engaging e-learning modules. Develop instructional materials, including online courses, videos, and job aids. Apply instructional design principles for effective learning experiences. Design and conduct needs assessments with relevant stakeholders to identify organizational learning needs. Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and analytics. Continuously improve learning content and delivery methods based on feedback and best practices. Maintain documentation and records related to training programs. Requirements
Bachelors degree in Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Design, Psychology, or a related field. Masters degree in Instructional Design or related field preferred. 5 years of experience in a corporate learning environment. 3 years of experience using e-learning design software such as Articulate 360. Knowledge of SCORM and xApi. Must sign a non-disclosure/confidentiality agreement. Must maintain clean background screening, drug screening, and driving record. Able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale. Benefits
