Admin/Personal Assistant (USA APPLICANTS ONLY)
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative/Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to our CEO and office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in daily tasks. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide executive administrative support, including calendar management and scheduling appointments. Coordinate events and meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly. Manage office operations, including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks. Utilize programs for bookkeeping and financial record management. Provide oversight for multiple properties. Assist with project coordination by tracking progress and deadlines. Maintain organization of documents using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications. Proofread and transcribe documents to ensure accuracy and clarity. Offer customer service support, addressing inquiries and assisting vendors. Perform additional duties as assigned to support various objectives.
Requirements
Proven administrative experience with a strong background in office management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with bookkeeping software is preferred. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and transcription. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills. Experience in event planning and project coordination is a plus. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly. Previous personal assistant experience is advantageous but not required. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook Calendar for scheduling purposes is beneficial. Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms is a plus.
Compensation and Schedule
Pay: $20.33 - $29.48 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week Benefits
