commercial real estate ? A growing real estate investment firm with a national footprint is seeking a motivated professional to join their team in a newly created, high-impact role. This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in centralizing and streamlining the contract process across a portfolio of 150+ commercial properties. What Youll Do This dual-role position will serve as both a
Contracts Administrator
and
Real Estate Paralegal , supporting multiple departments and ensuring smooth operations across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters Review, organize, and manage contracts across departments in a centralized system Work closely with property managers, brokers, and internal teams to ensure contract compliance Assist with drafting and editing lease agreements, amendments, and vendor/service contracts Ensure all contract records are up to date and securely stored (SharePoint) Collaborate with AP, legal, finance, and acquisition teams on document needs Conduct light due diligence reviews related to title, lease, and contract terms Ensure alignment in terms and conditions across the portfolio What Were Looking For 5+ years of experience in contracts administration, legal support, or real estate paralegal work Solid understanding of commercial lease terms, contract law, and real estate regulations Strong communication skillsconfident working with senior leadership and external stakeholders Highly organized with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint (contract management experience a plus) Bachelors degree & paralegal certification strongly preferred Why This Role?
