We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in New York City. The ideal candidate will be a confident multitasker with exceptional communication skills, capable of managing complex schedules and driving operational efficiency. This role is a hybrid position requiring in-office presence four days per week. Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize the executives calendar, including scheduling meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments Serve as a primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external partners Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and board engagements Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion Facilitate smooth communication and workflow between executive leadership and other departments Manage expense reports and budget tracking for executive-related activities Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives within Finance Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail Superior written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and calendar management tools Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
