Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
System Support Specialist - UKG/Kronos
to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our UKG Ready platform, supporting key modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, Performance, and Talent Acquisition. You will serve as the go-to expert for system support, user training, and process improvement across our school division.
Key Responsibilities:
UKG Ready Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert for the UKG Ready platform, providing advanced, hands-on support across multiple modules. User Support & Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for escalated system issues, offering timely troubleshooting and resolution for payroll, timekeeping, and leave management concerns. System Analysis & Optimization: Analyze system performance and user feedback to identify trends, recommend improvements, and implement new processes to enhance accuracy and user experience. Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain comprehensive user guides, FAQs, and training materials to support staff in navigating the system confidently. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless system integration and alignment with organizational goals. Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready (formerly Kronos Workforce Ready), particularly in HR, Payroll, and Time and Labor modules. Proven expertise in modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Benefits, Performance, and Talent Acquisition. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex system issues. Excellent communication skills to support a diverse user base with clarity and empathy. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an educational or public sector environment. Familiarity with system integration and data reporting tools. Ability to lead training sessions and workshops for end users.
