Job Summary
The
Vice President of Food & Beverage(F&B)
at
RAM Hotels
is a corporate executive role responsiblefor the
overall leadership, strategy, and performance
of all food andbeverage operations across the entire RAM Hotels portfolio. This includesrestaurants, lounges, rooftop bars, catering and banquet departments, and anyother F&B outlets within RAM-owned and managed hotels.
This role will direct company-wide F&Binitiatives, control food and labor costs, develop standardized menus andservice standards, and support revenue growth and operational consistency. TheVP of F&B plays a critical role in enhancing guest experience, increasingprofitability, and leading the culinary and service culture of theorganization.
Key Responsibilities: • Providecorporate leadership and oversight for
all F&B operations
across theRAM Hotels portfolio. • Drive
financialperformance
by managing food and labor cost controls, budgeting, P&Laccountability, and operational efficiency. • Developand implement
standardized menus, inventory systems, recipes, serviceprotocols , and vendor relationships across all properties. • Lead therecruitment, development, and assist in performance management of
property-levelF&B leadership , including F&B Managers, Executive Chefs, SousChefs, and Banquet Managers. • Collaboratewith hotel leadership and corporate leadership to
ensure alignment between property-specific needs and overall brand and financial goals. • Establishand monitor
operational KPIs
(guest satisfaction, revenue per seat,food/labor cost %, etc.) for each F&B outlet. • Oversee
cateringand banquet operations , ensuring scalable standards and successfulexecution of meetings, weddings, and corporate events. • Conduct
regularproperty visits
to audit performance, provide training, and ensurecompliance with health, safety, and company standards. • Leadpre-opening planning for new hotels and restaurants: concept development,equipment planning, staffing, and opening execution. • Maintainstrong
vendor relationships
and procurement strategies to reduce costand ensure quality control. • Ensureall F&B operations remain compliant with
local, state, and federalhealth and safety regulations . • Foster a
cultureof service, accountability, and operational excellence
throughout theorganization.
Professional Experience: • Minimumof
10+ years of leadership experience
in multi-unit or corporate-level food andbeverage operations, preferably in full-service hotel environments. • Strongexperience with
restaurant operations, rooftop/loungeconcepts, banquet catering ,and room service. • Proventrack record managing
P&Ls, inventory, labor models,procurement systems , andculinary development. • Abilityto lead teams through
standardization, efficiency improvements,and profitability initiatives . • Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills , with a hands-on and collaborativeleadership style. • Experiencelaunching new outlets oroverseeing renovations and F&B openings within hotels. • Workingknowledge of
food safety laws, alcohol regulations , and general hospitality compliance. • Ability to
travel regularly
to hotelsacross the RAM Hotels portfolio.
REQUIREDSKILLS • Visionary leader with the ability to unifymultiple concepts under a cohesive F&B strategy. • Proficient at using Microsoft Office suiteprograms • Ability to use industry standard technologyto create training materials. • Highly organized with strong project management,cross-functional collaboration, and follow-through. • Clear communicator with strong interpersonalskills and the ability to inspire at all levels. • Tech-savvy and familiar with modern POS systems,inventory tools, scheduling platforms, and performance analytics. • High emotional intelligence and teamorientation-able to lead with empathy while holding teams accountable. • Deep understanding of regulatory standardsrelated to health, labor, alcohol service, and safety.
