Clear Lake, IA . Located just one mile from sparkling Clear Lake-offering world-class fishing, boating, jet skiing, and the renowned Lady of the Lake cruise-you'll be minutes from premier hiking, biking, and golf destinations, with downtown Main Street's vibrant dining, shopping, and antique districts all within walking distance. This leadership role provides exceptional exposure and advancement opportunities as our rapidly expanding portfolio grows.
Compensation: $50,000 - $65,000 (commensurate with experience) + Performance bonus, comprehensive healthcare, and a great PTO plan.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations across all F&B outlets, restaurant, bar, and banquet/catering Oversee guest experience; resolve issues promptly and professionally Recruit, train, coach, and develop F&B team members Build and manage labor schedules aligned to business volumes and event needs Partner with Sales/Catering on BEO execution and flawless event delivery Maintain standards for safety, sanitation, and compliance (local, state, brand) Monitor costs and inventories; support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI achievement Uphold brand standards and drive service consistency Qualifications
Prior hotel food & beverage leadership experience required Proven team leadership and people development skills Thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
