The Human Resources Coordinator will assist the Human Resources team with a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and administrative support. This individual will also be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of various managerial projects and other duties as assigned. Duties/Responsibilities
Support onboarding to include new hire communication and orientation Prepare and maintain department records, reports, and procedures Schedule meetings, interviews, and testing as needed Prepare correspondence for internal and external purposes Assist the department in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures for all personnel Plan and coordinate special functions and events as assigned Maintain inventory of promotional items Maintain personnel and vendor files in Content Server Format monthly safety/communication meeting presentations and HR updates Organize department meetings and luncheons as required Prepare, code invoices for approval by the HR leader; process invoices in SAP; scan invoices for HR recordkeeping Support service awards quarterly; notify department leaders/managers of monthly awards to be presented Order promotional items as requested for employee relations Assist Human Resources with company events as needed Prepare for HR Audits as requested Other duties as assigned and deemed necessary Essential Functions

Bachelors Degree or four years of relevant experience Preferred Level:

Experience in onboarding or HR operations Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Demonstrated professionalism Good written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Must be proficient in the use of PC equipment and software including Windows and MS Office products (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Maintain strict confidentiality Read, analyze and interpret reports and documents Able to solve practical problems with minimal guidance Ability to organize tasks Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and tasks Systems:

Support the policies, efforts, and programs of Freeport LNG Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System. Actively participate in the HSE Management System Policies. Ensure that HSE concerns are given priority in all activities completed within their area of responsibility. Implement routine inspections to ensure safe operating conditions. Working Conditions and Physical Expectations
Primarily a typical office environment. Stand and/or sit continuously and perform job functions for a full shift. Physically able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, handle and move items weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Visual acuity corrected to perform job functions. Ability to distinguish color to perform job functions.
