Vascular Access Territory Manager
As Vascular Access Territory Manager, you will represent BD's product portfolio in the acute care market segment. Products include Vascular Access Management peripheral IV catheters, extended dwell PIVC, PICC's, Dialysis, and Ultrasound. The primary call points include Vascular Access Teams, ICU, ED, Med Surg, CNO, nursing, infection prevention, and supply chain. We are the makers of possible. Meeting/exceeding sales quota Managing incremental conversion opportunities from initial targeting through evaluation, product ordering and in servicing Maintaining existing business Implementing marketing initiatives Implementing national/regional contractual agreements Providing routine performance reporting Working with local distributor branches servicing the territory Utilizing available sales support resources About You:
Minimum bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus Minimum 3 years of successful healthcare related sales experience required Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical and large account management skills are required Demonstrated successful sales track record, solid negotiation skills, and effective selling, listening, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to assess and respond to customer needs required Proven experience managing both internal and external budgets and resources, conducting pre-call planning, and the ability to prioritize and segment accounts is required Possession and maintenance of a valid state-issued driver's license with 3 years of consecutive driving history that meet BD's auto safety standards is required Candidates are required to live within the Inland Empire, CA area; i.e, Riverside, Redlands, Fontana, or San Bernardino. Travel up to 20% is required. Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates' progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors, such as location, that contribute to the range displayed. The salary offered to a successful candidate is based on experience, education, skills, and actual work location. $125,992.00 -- $207,889.00 Base + Incentive Candidates whose primary job duties will be physically performed within the incorporated Los Angeles county limits.
